Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 6th minute Fedele Aversano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Fedele Aversano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pianella's supporters rose to their feet, but Fedele Aversano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armin Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute Andrea Banana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Mangione saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Andrea Banana came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Vingone F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrea Banana couldn't finish the play. Bernardo Mangione took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Giardini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vingone F.C.'s Armin Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedele Aversano in the 22nd minute of play. Bernardo Mangione showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Giardini in the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of Pianella booed when Vingone F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabrizio Ottavi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bautista Correa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vingone F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Armin Miranda, was totally fooled by Pianella's Ramiro Lira, who 40 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 43rd minute, Ettore Giardini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vingone F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After having played for 53 minutes, Davide Mazzocchi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pianella's supporters crossed their fingers, but Davide Mazzocchi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 55th minute of the match Alvise Pugliese shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Armin Miranda showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Davide Mazzocchi took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Armin Miranda. Armin Miranda dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 61st match minute, Vingone F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Ferraris to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, one of Pianella:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pianella. Ettore Giardini hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Fedele Aversano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pianella's goalkeeper Bernardo Mangione, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fedele Aversano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armin Miranda having to interfere. If Davide Mazzocchi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Vingone F.C. players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Pianella from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
