After 9 played minutes Clavi FC got a freekick which was hit by Amos Caneva. 12 minutes into the match, Clavi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Francesco Tomei came free, but Enrico Caroselli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonello Cinque recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Francesco Tomei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Antonello Cinque got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Antonello Cinque who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Enrico Caroselli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Francesco Tomei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrico Caroselli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Enrico Caroselli came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by A.S. Versus's Antonello Cinque. But to his dismay, Antonello Cinque quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 39 minutes in the game, Antonello Cinque dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Francesco Tomei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrico Caroselli was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Francesco Tomei showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 47 minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antonello Cinque to make the kick off. A.S. Versus's Antonello Cinque got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the game, Antonello Cinque cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Enrico Caroselli was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Enrico Caroselli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonello Cinque in the 62nd minute of the match. Antonello Cinque took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrico Caroselli. Enrico Caroselli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Enrico Caroselli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonello Cinque, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Enrico Caroselli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francesco Tomei went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Enrico Caroselli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francesco Tomei, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Dino Berardi kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. If Antonello Cinque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. A.S. Versus fully deserved thier win.
