In the 21st minute of the match A.S.★P.I.E.V.E.★ got a corner. Montale's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Enzo Tesone ran over to the corner to take the kick. Amos Rinaldi took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emilio Caniglia. Emilio Caniglia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Emilio Caniglia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amos Rinaldi, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Amos Rinaldi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emiliano Santini made in the 47th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by A.S.★P.I.E.V.E.★'s Daniele Domenici.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amos Rinaldi to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to A.S.★P.I.E.V.E.★ getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Daniele Domenici hit a great ball. Amos Rinaldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Emilio Caniglia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emiliano Santini made in the 74th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by A.S.★P.I.E.V.E.★'s Dino Stella. Amos Rinaldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Caniglia having to interfere. A collision led to A.S.★P.I.E.V.E.★ getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Amos Rinaldi hit a great ball. After 95 played minutes A.S.★P.I.E.V.E.★ got a freekick which was hit by Daniele Domenici. 96 minutes into the match, Montale's Carter Festuccia broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A.S.★P.I.E.V.E.★'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
