Spectators: 6985 (Terracing: 5485, Seating: 1400, VIP seats: 100) Marano Di Napoli's Carter Simonetti started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carter Simonetti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andrea Luongo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Filippo Sacchi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Real Farmino's zone, Andrea Luongo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filippo Sacchi came out of the goal and Andrea Luongo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabiano Castronovo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Di Maria in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Marano Di Napoli's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Colecchia came free, but Fabiano Castronovo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Colecchia received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabiano Castronovo came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristiano Colecchia slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 32nd minute. Filippo Sacchi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carter Simonetti in the 36th minute of the match. Real Farmino's Filippo Sacchi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter Simonetti in the 39th minute of play. Donato Di Maria kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Filippo Sacchi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carter Simonetti's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Amedeo Colle charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amedeo Colle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carter Simonetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. In the 60th match minute, Real Farmino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Vasco to maneuver through the defense. Marano Di Napoli's Fabiano Castronovo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Colecchia in the 66th minute of play. Filippo Sacchi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davide Gargano, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute, Ciccio Mazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute Carter Simonetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filippo Sacchi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Marano Di Napoli players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
