Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Domenico Frasca took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 played minutes Moltedo got a freekick which was hit by Emanuele Apolloni. When Beppe Sforza came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Capodichino AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beppe Sforza couldn't finish the play. Angelo Pezzi came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Moltedo's Aurelio Cesare. But to his dismay, Aurelio Cesare quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Moltedo's Aurelio Cesare got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Concetto Corsi's late challenge caught a Moltedo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Concetto Corsi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Capodichino AFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Concetto Corsi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenico Frasca in the 16th minute of play forced Moltedo's goalkeeper Ettore Centofanti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Capodichino AFC's goalkeeper Angelo Pezzi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fulvio Bozzo's late challenge caught a Moltedo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulvio Bozzo helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, Capodichino AFC's Angelo Pezzi got control of the ball when Aurelio Cesare tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ernesto Santalucia's late challenge caught a Capodichino AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernesto Santalucia helped the player get up and apologised. If Domenico Frasca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 49 minutes into the game, Moltedo's Aurelio Cesare nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Pezzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damiano Santalucia was the one to do the kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Domenico Frasca dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ettore Centofanti, 2-1. If Aurelio Cesare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuele Colonna in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelo Pezzi saved Capodichino AFC from getting behind. In the 82nd minute, Aurelio Cesare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Domenico Frasca took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Ettore Centofanti to make any attempt to save it. In the last second Ettore Centofanti throw himself and got hold of the ball when Domenico Frasca in the 90thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Domenico Frasca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ettore Centofanti having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Damiano Santalucia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Angelo Pezzi came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Moltedo's Damiano Santalucia. But to his dismay, Damiano Santalucia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Moltedo fans cheered their team off the field, for while Capodichino AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
