The referee ignored Marocchi's protests and gave Filippo Carbonaro a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciccio Testa in the 8th minute of play forced F.C.Lupa Capitolina's goalkeeper Armin Santone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute Antonello Tiburtini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Santone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonello Tiburtini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armin Santone having to interfere. Ciccio Testa might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armin Santone. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciccio Testa ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciccio Testa in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armin Santone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristiano Tullio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonello Tiburtini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 30 minutes, Cristiano Tullio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C.Lupa Capitolina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Tullio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filippo Melani kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Ciccio Testa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Antonello Tiburtini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marocchi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Marocchi's Ciccio Testa got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Armin Santone was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Ciccio Testa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ciccio Testa really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Fabrizio Domenghini scored 1-2 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enzo Strano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elia Curti hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Ciccio Testa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristiano Tullio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enzo Strano having to make a save. Antonello Tiburtini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Armin Santone was a little too slow when Ciccio Testa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 1-4. If Antonello Tiburtini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marocchi's Ciccio Testa got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciccio Testa in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armin Santone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Antonello Tiburtini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Armin Santone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciccio Testa in the 97th minute of play forced F.C.Lupa Capitolina's goalkeeper Armin Santone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The F.C.Lupa Capitolina fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Marocchi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
