In the 15th minute Antonio Trivelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabrizio Calabrese saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fabrizio Calabrese, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Farrazzano FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ermanno Di Ianni hit a great ball. Fabrizio Calabrese made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Antonio Eleuteri sent off a good shot on target. Damiano Marcucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Comunardo De Feo in the 26th minute of the match. Damiano Marcucci had in the 31stth minute some difficulties stopping Emanuele Di Massimo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Farrazzano FC got a corner. Leone's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emanuele Di Massimo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Emanuele Di Massimo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Leone's Damiano Marcucci did a great save. Damiano Marcucci stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francesco Pasquarelli's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Ekrem Korucu could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Fabrizio Calabrese however easily saved by the left post. After some careless play in the Farrazzano FC defense, Antonio Trivelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabrizio Calabrese. The Farrazzano FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabrizio Calabrese should have stopped the shot. Fabrizio Calabrese was a little too slow when Alberto Di Giacomo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 4-0. Farrazzano FC's Arrigo Di Prinzio got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alberto Di Giacomo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrizio Calabrese having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ekrem Korucu made a kick off. Antonio Eleuteri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabrizio Calabrese read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute Leone were awarded a corner. Carlo Punta went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Leone's corner Carlo Punta fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fabrizio Calabrese quite easily take care of the ball. Leone's Antonio Eleuteri got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 60th minute, Alfredo Cinque got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ekrem Korucu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Fabrizio Calabrese tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th match minute, Farrazzano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuele Di Massimo to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the game, Antonio Eleuteri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leone's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Farrazzano FC the free kick. Antonio Eleuteri hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Fabrizio Calabrese didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ekrem Korucu went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. 91 minutes into the match, Ekrem Korucu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabrizio Calabrese. Farrazzano FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ekrem Korucu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Fabrizio Calabrese didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ekrem Korucu went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Leone players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
