After a rather tough play, ROCCACANNUCCIA's Fedele Mazzetti got a free kick in the 11th minute. Achille Lemma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amos Vespucci having to interfere. When Fedele Mazzetti came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the ROCCACANNUCCIA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fedele Mazzetti couldn't finish the play. Amos Vespucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Achille Lemma in the 25th minute of the match. ROCCACANNUCCIA's Achille Lemma got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fedele Mazzetti charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fedele Mazzetti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to ROCCACANNUCCIA getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Fedele Mazzetti hit a great ball. Amedeo Collovati charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amedeo Collovati the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 36 played minutes Pante got a freekick which was hit by Amedeo Collovati. Amos Vespucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Achille Lemma in the 39th minute of play. Achille Lemma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 47 minutes, Fedele Mazzetti made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Pante's Amos Vespucci tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Fedele Mazzetti made the kick off in the second half. Ennio Gabriele hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. When Angelo Cugini came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the ROCCACANNUCCIA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angelo Cugini couldn't finish the play. Achille Lemma's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amos Vespucci read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Anselmo Taurino hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Armando Giacomozzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Melucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to ROCCACANNUCCIA getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Daniele Primavera hit a great ball. 66 minutes into the game, Anfilogino Bracco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ROCCACANNUCCIA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pante the free kick. The supporters of Pante booed when ROCCACANNUCCIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anfilogino Bracco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Giacomozzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Melucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amos Vespucci was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Anfilogino Bracco. In the 77th minute, Fedele Mazzetti fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A hard shot 83 in the game by Fedele Mazzetti from a close distance when the talented Amos Vespucci managed to make a qualified save. Pante's players were relieved. Amos Vespucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedele Mazzetti in the 87th minute of play. Achille Lemma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Amos Vespucci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Achille Lemma got free with Amos Vespucci in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fedele Mazzetti's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Amos Vespucci skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Fedele Mazzetti managed to get in a good position for a shot. ROCCACANNUCCIA's supporters rose to their feet, but Fedele Mazzetti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amos Vespucci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
