That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. In the 7th minute Ciro De Lucia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermanno Nero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute, Daniele Bucci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciro Maio took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristoforo Petrella. Cristoforo Petrella dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 14 minutes into the game, Sérgio Amaral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Cristoforo Petrella was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Xacca Football Club's Christian Di Giambattista got a free kick in the 17th minute. With a little luck, Real Folletti's Cristoforo Petrella got control of the ball when Sérgio Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristoforo Petrella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfons Lindman, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Real Folletti's Cristoforo Petrella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfons Lindman in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, Real Folletti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinando Fata to maneuver through the defense. Ferdinando Fata hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Alfons Lindman came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Xacca Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfons Lindman couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the match, Xacca Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro De Lucia came free, but Ermanno Nero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristoforo Petrella made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sérgio Amaral in the 41st minute. In the 58th minute, Antonello Ranieri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xacca Football Club's Alfons Lindman got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Real Folletti booed when Xacca Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Alfons Lindman notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Real Folletti's Cristoforo Petrella. Cristoforo Petrella was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 67th minute, Christian Di Giambattista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ermanno Nero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniele Bucci in the 68th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Alfons Lindman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Petrella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Real Folletti's goal looked a bit too open when Daniele De Leonardis came free, but Cristoforo Petrella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Xacca Football Club getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Mile Grbac hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the game, Ettore Santini threw the ball into play from the sideline. Francesco Del Greco hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Cesare Mazzone was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Xacca Football Club fully deserved thier win.
