Felice Piacente's late challenge caught a F. C. Jamaica 2001's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felice Piacente helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th match minute, Club de Baile Argentino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felice Piacente to maneuver through the defense. Diego Melfi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Bianco Scivittaro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Diego Melfi came out and tried to block the shot, but Bianco Scivittaro slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 27th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Damiano Calabrese dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Diego Melfi, 4-0. Ennio Pelliccioni got his second yellow card in the match during the 39th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of F. C. Jamaica 2001 booed when Club de Baile Argentino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ennio Pelliccioni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Cipolla might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dag Jourdan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Armando Cipolla ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Club de Baile Argentino booed when F. C. Jamaica 2001 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Cipolla didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in F. C. Jamaica 2001's zone, Bianco Scivittaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Melfi came out of the goal and Bianco Scivittaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club de Baile Argentino's goalkeeper Dag Jourdan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dag Jourdan was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Adriano Salomone capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adriano Salomone really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. Adriano Salomone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Armando Cipolla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as F. C. Jamaica 2001's Armando Cipolla slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dag Jourdan. That made the score 4-2 after 68 minutes of play. After having played for 72 minutes, Damiano Calabrese managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club de Baile Argentino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damiano Calabrese was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Bianco Scivittaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Armando Cipolla managed to get in a good position for a shot. F. C. Jamaica 2001's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Cipolla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dag Jourdan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bianco Scivittaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Diego Melfi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Diego Melfi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bianco Scivittaro in the 91st minute of play. Club de Baile Argentino's Dag Jourdan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Club de Baile Argentino from getting a goal against them. F. C. Jamaica 2001's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
