Biagio Porreca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Pollastrini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Giuliani, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Torino FC's Fabio Pollastrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Giuliani in the 10th minute of play. When Diego Villani fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Torino FC's protests and gave Diego Villani a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Torino FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Diego Villani hit a great ball. In the 14thth minute of the game Alessandro Giuliani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torino FC's Fabio Pollastrini was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes in the game, Alessandro Giuliani dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After 15 minutes, Alberto Pantano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Torino FC and the Guizza AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alberto Pantano hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Demetrio Vianello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
