Oriago's Christian Giardini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Oriago from getting a goal against them. Diego Zinni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Giardini having to interfere. Oriago's Christian Giardini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Pittelli in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Oriago getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Fabrizio Mirto hit a great ball. Amos Balzani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Di Michele having to interfere. Frank Crema charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Diego Zinni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Christian Giardini made a huge save. A collision led to Oriago getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Fabrizio Mirto hit a great ball. Christian Giardini made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Diego Zinni sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Christian Giardini managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when S.S. LONGOBARDA's Diego Zinni fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Amos Balzani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Di Michele having to interfere. Fausto Pittelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Giardini having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aurelio Falcioni to make the kick off. LONGOBARDA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Frank Crema was shown his second yellow card after 98 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Diego Zinni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 101st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Giardini having to interfere. Oriago's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
