After recieving a nice pass, Pontecchio Marconi AFC's Fausto Tagliente tried to score from far away in the 3rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Fausto Loreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Franceschi in the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Giraldo in the 6th minute of play forced Pontecchio Marconi AFC's goalkeeper Fausto Loreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Pontecchio Marconi AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Giraldo came free, but Fausto Loreto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Ettore Franceschi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fausto Loreto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dario Giannotti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Aldo Scalabrino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dario Giannotti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Aldo Scalabrino made a huge save. Fausto Loreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Giraldo in the 33rd minute of the match. Pontecchio Marconi AFC's Fausto Loreto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ettore Franceschi in the 34th minute of play. Natalio Giraldo took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fausto Loreto. Fausto Loreto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 39th minute, Alessio Cera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.C. Chelsea fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Natalio Giraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half F.C. Chelsea were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eugenio Rosini to strike the kick off in the second half. Alvise Fulgenzi kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. F.C. Chelsea's Natalio Giraldo got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. F.C. Chelsea made a substitution. Daniele Marconi replaced Ettore Franceschi. With 60 minutes on the clock, Fausto Pagliuca commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of Pontecchio Marconi AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of F.C. Chelsea:s goal. Fausto Loreto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Corrado Michelini went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Ciccio Ferraris's late challenge caught a Pontecchio Marconi AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciccio Ferraris helped the player get up and apologised. Pontecchio Marconi AFC's Fausto Loreto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Pontecchio Marconi AFC from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Pontecchio Marconi AFC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Concetto Terrasi hit a great ball. A hard shot by Corrado Michelini from long distance, 70 minutes into the match, got Fausto Loreto's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 71st minute, Daniele Marconi made a precise shot to the right of Fausto Loreto. Pontecchio Marconi AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. F.C. Chelsea's Ciccio Ferraris got his second yellow card of the match in the 74th minute. The referee ordered Ciccio Ferraris off the ground. Ciccio Ferraris kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Eugenio Rosini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pontecchio Marconi AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Rosini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aldo Scalabrino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio Giraldo in the 94th minute of play forced Pontecchio Marconi AFC's goalkeeper Fausto Loreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
