With a little luck, Hungary's Fodor Daniel got control of the ball when Celino Riba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Håkan Lundblad's late challenge caught a Hungary's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Håkan Lundblad helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Kista FC's Håkan Lundblad got a free kick in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Hungary's Major Barna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Åke Pettersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kista FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antal Valentin was slow to take the kick. During this time Hungary's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Hungary's corner Takacs Tibor fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Åke Pettersson quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Takacs Tibor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Åke Pettersson was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Antal Valentin struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Åke Pettersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hungary. Östen Bock charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Östen Bock the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Åke Pettersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Valentin in the 28th minute of the match. Åke Pettersson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antal Valentin went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 33 minutes into the match, Major Barna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Åke Pettersson. Kista FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Major Barna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 37th minute, Hegedus Henrik made a precise shot to the right of Åke Pettersson. Kista FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Håkan Lundblad got his second yellow card in the match during the 43rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Hungary booed when Kista FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Håkan Lundblad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fodor Daniel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tihomir Yoshev in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tihomir Yoshev stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fodor Daniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tihomir Yoshev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Hungary booed when Kista FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustav Vacker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Major Barna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Pettersson having to interfere. Åke Pettersson made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute Hungary were awarded a corner. Hungary's Antal Valentin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Åke Pettersson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Åke Pettersson made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Antal Valentin sent off a good shot on target. If Major Barna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 70 minutes into the match, Kista FC's goalkeeper Åke Pettersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Major Barna. Thanks to some nice moves Antal Valentin could shoot a difficult shot in the 73rd minute, which Åke Pettersson however easily saved by the left post. Fodor Daniel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eskil Torsberg's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Antal Valentin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, Antal Valentin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Celino Riba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kista FC's Åke Pettersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Kista FC from getting a goal against them. Hungary played a much better game than Kista FC and deserved their victory. The Kista FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
