Ciro Baldassarre hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Ciccio Laurenti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Sori defense, Arrigo Selvi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christian Alessandro. The Sori fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christian Alessandro should have stopped the shot. In the 29th minute, Arrigo Selvi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Sori's Amedeo Salvucci got a free kick in the 31st minute. When Aurelio Iori came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Just For Fun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Iori couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 41 in the game by Ciccio Laurenti from a close distance when the talented Enzo Pasinati managed to make a qualified save. Just For Fun's players were relieved. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Arrigo Selvi sped through Sori's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Christian Alessandro. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carter Petrella stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Sori's Antonello Mameli got a free kick in the 51st minute. Sori's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmondo Palone was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. 73 minutes into the game, Diego Galliani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Just For Fun's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sori the free kick. Diego Galliani hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Carter Petrella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 84th match minute, Just For Fun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arrigo Selvi to maneuver through the defense. Enzo Pasinati showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciccio Laurenti in the 85th minute of the match. A collision led to Sori getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Felice Helfer hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute, Carter Petrella left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Just For Fun fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-11. Just For Fun's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
