The supporters of Real Bucarozza booed when FC LNTEM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciccio Fallito didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC LNTEM's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Astolfi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Demetrio Mameli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Andrea Evani made the kick off in the second half. In the 70th minute Andrea Evani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anthony Scacchi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Andrea Evani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Real Bucarozza's Demetrio Mameli got control of the ball when Aldo Astolfi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 87 played minutes FC LNTEM got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Coscarella. Andrea Evani blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anthony Scacchi having to make a save. In the 92nd match minute, FC LNTEM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Astolfi to maneuver through the defense. After 94 played minutes Real Bucarozza got a freekick which was hit by Cosimo Caroli. FC LNTEM's Aldo Astolfi got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Real Bucarozza supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC LNTEM's performance. The match ended with a win for FC LNTEM.
