Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amerigo Borgatello started the match with the kick off. Davide Pompilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Arpaia having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Eraldo Santarelli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aurelio Arpaia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. A collision led to Capodimonte FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Carmine Citrullo hit a great ball. After 15 played minutes, FC Corbari's Aldo Graziano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Diego Tesone came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Corbari reached it. Amerigo Borgatello struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Diego Tesone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Corbari. In the 25th minute, Aldo Graziano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute Davide Pompilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Arpaia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Fedele Cruciani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Corbari's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Capodimonte FC the free kick. Aurelio Arpaia was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Eraldo Santarelli capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eraldo Santarelli really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Cosimo Orlandi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Tesone having to interfere. When Amerigo Borgatello came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the FC Corbari fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amerigo Borgatello couldn't finish the play. After 37 minutes, Carmine Citrullo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capodimonte FC and the FC Corbari players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Capodimonte FC's Carmine Citrullo got a free kick in the 37th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Amerigo Borgatello managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Corbari's supporters rose to their feet, but Amerigo Borgatello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Tesone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of FC Corbari booed when Capodimonte FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Marcolongo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 48 minutes into the game, FC Corbari's Amerigo Borgatello nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diego Tesone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When Capodimonte FC's Eraldo Santarelli in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Corbari's goalie prevented a goal. In the 57th minute Amerigo Borgatello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Tesone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Cosimo Orlandi notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Capodimonte FC's Diego Tesone. Diego Tesone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Capodimonte FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Angelo Torelli hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the game, FC Corbari's Alberto Panella nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diego Tesone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Eraldo Santarelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, one of FC Corbari:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Corbari. The referee gave Capodimonte FC a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Frank Marcolongo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Corbari's Aurelio Arpaia. 3-3. 88 minutes into the match, Capodimonte FC's goalkeeper Diego Tesone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Panella. A collision led to FC Corbari getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Cosimo Orlandi hit a great ball. Eraldo Santarelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelio Arpaia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eraldo Santarelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
