Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Anfilogino Signori started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edoardo Costantini in the 3rd minute of play forced Rivalta's goalkeeper Franco Palmucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rivalta's Franco Palmucci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermanno Prato in the 4th minute of play. Antonello Di Iulio scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franco Palmucci, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Anfilogino Signori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Anfilogino Signori came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Rivalta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anfilogino Signori couldn't finish the play. Alfonso Serra kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonello Di Iulio in the 18th minute of play forced Rivalta's goalkeeper Franco Palmucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberigo Giordano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Claudio Del Grosso made a huge save. After 23 minutes, Camillo Del Monte mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rivalta and the Migliarina players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Ferdinando Meo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antonello Di Iulio to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Alessandro Leggeri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute of the match, Ferdinando Meo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Franco Palmucci was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rivalta's Achille Chizzo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Emiliano Meo in the 58 minute of the game. A collision led to Migliarina getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ferdinando Meo hit a great ball. Franco Palmucci didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ferdinando Meo went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Rivalta's Arturo Bardella got a free kick in the 66th minute. Anfilogino Signori's late challenge caught a Migliarina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anfilogino Signori helped the player get up and apologised. Anfilogino Signori hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute Antonello Di Iulio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Palmucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rivalta's Franco Palmucci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonello Di Iulio in the 77th minute of play. Franco Palmucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermanno Prato in the 78th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Antonello Di Iulio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Franco Palmucci. Antonello Di Iulio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Migliarina's zone, Anfilogino Signori stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudio Del Grosso came out of the goal and Anfilogino Signori tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Franco Palmucci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonello Di Iulio in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute, Migliarina's Ermanno Prato ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Franco Palmucci. Franco Palmucci yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5.
