Spectators: 7737 (Terracing: 5804, Seating: 1779, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Antonello Di Iulio took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6 minutes of play, Migliarina's Antonello Di Iulio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Biagio Padula was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ferdinando Meo struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Biagio Padula didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Migliarina. In the 11th minute, Amedeo Salemme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute Antonello Di Iulio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Padula saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Cesare Di Domenico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in GP2 Red Fields's zone, Ferdinando Meo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Biagio Padula came out of the goal and Ferdinando Meo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 17th match minute, GP2 Red Fields was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Saturno to maneuver through the defense. Antonello Di Iulio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Biagio Padula having to interfere. Cesare Di Domenico got in the 22nd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Claudio Del Grosso handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Migliarina's Fedele Bani got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute Cesare Di Domenico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Del Grosso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Migliarina's Ferdinando Meo in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GP2 Red Fields's goalie prevented a goal. Biagio Padula showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edoardo Costantini, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 32 played minutes GP2 Red Fields got a freekick which was hit by Cesare Di Domenico. After 38 minutes of play, Migliarina's Antonello Di Iulio made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Biagio Padula was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Ferdinando Meo came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Migliarina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdinando Meo couldn't finish the play. GP2 Red Fields's Biagio Padula played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonello Di Iulio in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Migliarina were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Cesare Di Domenico made the kick off in the second half. GP2 Red Fields's Biagio Padula proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save GP2 Red Fields from getting a goal against them. Migliarina's Antonello Di Iulio got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th of the match, Antonello Di Iulio tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Biagio Padula got in the way and made a wonderful save. 64 minutes into the match, GP2 Red Fields's goalkeeper Biagio Padula had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferdinando Meo. Antonello Di Iulio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute Cesare Di Domenico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Del Grosso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, GP2 Red Fields's Biagio Padula got control of the ball when Ferdinando Meo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ferdinando Meo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ferdinando Meo struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Biagio Padula didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Migliarina. Biagio Padula made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonello Di Iulio in the 79th minute of play. If Ferdinando Meo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferdinando Meo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute Antonello Di Iulio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Padula saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fedele Bani recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonello Di Iulio in the 91st minute of play forced GP2 Red Fields's goalkeeper Biagio Padula to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonello Di Iulio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Saturno in the 95th minute of play forced Migliarina's goalkeeper Claudio Del Grosso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96 minutes, Fedele Bani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Migliarina and the GP2 Red Fields players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th match minute, Migliarina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedele Bani to maneuver through the defense. Migliarina played a much better game than GP2 Red Fields and deserved their victory. The GP2 Red Fields players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
