Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ferdinando Faieta took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, UC Stella Rossa's Corrado Carozza got a free kick in the 9th minute. 10 minutes into the game, Bruno Marsili was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UC Stella Rossa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carugos the free kick. In the 11th minute, Bruno Marsili hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christian Marzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Camillo Casciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ferdinando Faieta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 played minutes Carugos got a freekick which was hit by Emanuele Di Bernardo. Ferdinando Faieta in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ciccio Caroselli, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ferdinando Faieta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Ciccio Caroselli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ferdinando Faietas short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Ciccio Caroselli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Ferdinando Faieta put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ciccio Caroselli. In the 41st minute, Corrado Carozza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alessandro Sergi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ciccio Caroselli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabrizio Battisti made a kick off. Ferdinando Faieta took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciccio Caroselli. Ciccio Caroselli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. If Alessandro Sergi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Ferdinando Faieta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciccio Caroselli was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferdinando Faieta in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciccio Caroselli saved UC Stella Rossa from getting behind. In the 70th minute, Ferdinando Faieta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carugos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. 75 minutes into the game, Ferdinando Faieta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 75th match minute, Carugos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinando Faieta to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ferdinando Faieta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciccio Caroselli was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Ferdinando Faieta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciccio Caroselli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinando Faieta, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Alessandro Sergi took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciccio Caroselli. Ciccio Caroselli dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ferdinando Faieta in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciccio Caroselli saved UC Stella Rossa from getting behind. Ciccio Caroselli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinando Faieta, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Carugos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
