Baura's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. ISORELLE's Edmondo Cavallaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Tesone in the 19th minute of play. Edmondo Cavallaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Scoca, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. If Armin Cirone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 30 played minutes Baura got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Lauro. Armin Cirone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dino Bernardi having to interfere. Baura's Dino Bernardi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Baura from getting a goal against them. Armin Cirone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edmondo Cavallaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Lauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Fantauzzi in the 47th minute of play forced ISORELLE's goalkeeper Edmondo Cavallaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Baura's Ciro Scoca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edmondo Cavallaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ciro Scoca to strike the kick off in the second half. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ISORELLE had played much better football throughout.
