Armando Pasqualone came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by USD Cavese's Alberigo Taurino. But to his dismay, Alberigo Taurino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of A.C. Biassono booed when USD Cavese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achille Terrasi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Pasqualone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberigo Taurino in the 22nd minute of play. Ciccio Lo Iacono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Armando Pasqualone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Ciccio Lo Iacono got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Ciccio Lo Iacono had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armando Pasqualone. A.C. Biassono's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciccio Lo Iacono was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. USD Cavese's Augusto Bonfigli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save USD Cavese from getting a goal against them. A collision led to A.C. Biassono getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Carlo Pozzoli hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in A.C. Biassono's zone, Ciccio Lo Iacono stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armando Pasqualone came out of the goal and Ciccio Lo Iacono tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Francesco Filippini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Comunardo Tesone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The A.C. Biassono players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. USD Cavese were winning 0-3.

Augusto Bonfigli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Papetti, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. With his leg Armando Pasqualone managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when USD Cavese's Alberigo Taurino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A.C. Biassono's Armando Pasqualone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciccio Lo Iacono in the 65th minute of play. Armando Pasqualone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciccio Lo Iacono in the 71st minute of the match. Ciccio Lo Iacono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberigo Taurino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Armando Pasqualone skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Armando Pasqualone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciccio Lo Iacono in the 81st minute of the match. Alberigo Taurino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A.C. Biassono's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Ciccio Lo Iacono scored to the left of an out of position Armando Pasqualone, making the score, 0-4. Comunardo Tesone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Augusto Bonfigli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alessandro Papetti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Bonfigli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. In the 95th match minute, A.C. Biassono was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anfilogino Pelliccioni to maneuver through the defense.
