Lorella's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C Torino 1906 the free kick. In the 4th match minute, Lorella was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrea Cicchini to maneuver through the defense. Federico Marchegiani took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alvaro Della Torre. Lorella's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. F.C Torino 1906's Alberigo Mariotti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosimo Lazzaro in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Lorella's Cosimo Lazzaro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 14th minute, Cosimo Lazzaro fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alberigo Mariotti, passed just outside the right post. After some careless play in the F.C Torino 1906 defense, Amerigo Firmani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alberigo Mariotti. The F.C Torino 1906 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alberigo Mariotti should have stopped the shot. With 21 minutes on the clock, Biagio Rotili commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Di Ianni in the 27th minute of play forced Lorella's goalkeeper Alvaro Della Torre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amerigo Firmani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute Bianco Masi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Della Torre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Amerigo Firmani had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alberigo Mariotti. F.C Torino 1906's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amerigo Firmani was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 47 minutes into the match, Lorella's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Di Ianni came free, but Alvaro Della Torre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bruno Di Ianni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Lorella got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Cicchini. Bianco Masi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alvaro Della Torre firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Amerigo Firmani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Amerigo Firmani came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Lorella fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amerigo Firmani couldn't finish the play. Amerigo Firmani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amerigo Firmani scored 7-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alberigo Mariotti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bianco Masi during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th minute, Bianco Masi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. F.C Torino 1906's Alberigo Mariotti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Zisser in the 77th minute of play. The penalty shot was made by Cosimo Lazzaro, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of F.C Torino 1906's Alberigo Mariotti. 8-0. Cosimo Lazzaro's late challenge caught a F.C Torino 1906's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cosimo Lazzaro helped the player get up and apologised. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lorella! When the referee ended the match the Lorella players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
