Bianco Bolli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Pazienza, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Scampetto FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristiano Giorgio in the 15th minute. After taking down the ball on Scampetto FC's corner Cristiano Giorgio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bianco Bolli quite easily take care of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Eagles's zone, Christian Pazienza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bianco Bolli came out of the goal and Christian Pazienza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bianco Bolli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Romagnoli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Davide Prandini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bianco Bolli having to interfere. Bernardo Spione fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Mazzone having to interfere. In the 42nd match minute, Scampetto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Pazienza to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 45 minutes, Bernardo Spione managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eagles's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Spione was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardo Spione made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Bernardo Spione shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Mazzone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ercole Massimi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Mazzone having to interfere. Scampetto FC's Aurelio Mazzone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ercole Massimi in the 66th minute of play. Bianco Bolli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide Prandini in the 70th minute of play. Ferruccio Caccia kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Ferruccio Caccia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Mazzone having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Scampetto FC's zone, Bernardo Spione stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Mazzone came out of the goal and Bernardo Spione tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Scampetto FC's Fortunato Romagnoli got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armin Primavera's late challenge caught a Scampetto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armin Primavera helped the player get up and apologised. Armin Primavera hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
