Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dario Odisio in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alessio Polidori prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 27 minutes into the match, Alberigo Lelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alessio Polidori. Allwonders F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberigo Lelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Poggibonsi getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ermanno Lelli hit a great ball. One of Allwonders F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Poggibonsi:s goal. Felice Faiella shot the penalty kick right outside the post.

Alessio Polidori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberigo Lelli in the 55th minute of play. If Daniele Falcone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Ermanno Lelli in the 62nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Allwonders F.C.'s Attilio Antenucci. In the 65th minute, Alberigo Lelli fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alessio Polidori, passed just outside the right post. After 75 played minutes Allwonders F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Felice Frezza. In the 86th minute, Daniele Falcone reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alessio Polidori. The goal made the score 1-2. Dario Odisio's late challenge caught a Allwonders F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dario Odisio helped the player get up and apologised. Dario Odisio kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Felice Frezza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ettore De Lorenzi having to interfere. 97 minutes into the game, Beppe Damiani was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Allwonders F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Poggibonsi the free kick. After 98 played minutes Allwonders F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Beppe Damiani. When the match was over Poggibonsi could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Allwonders F.C. throughout the match.
