Dario Nazzari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bianco Bolli having to interfere. After some careless play in the Kakamy Okatsu defense, Eraldo Porro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camillo Melito. The Kakamy Okatsu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camillo Melito should have stopped the shot. Camillo Melito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eraldo Porro in the 18th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Eagles's zone, Dario Nazzari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bianco Bolli came out of the goal and Dario Nazzari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 1-1 became the score in the 26th minute when Christian Mazzei elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Dario Nazzari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bianco Bolli having to interfere. Bianco Bolli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Mazzei's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 33rdth minute of the game Christian Mazzei who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Eagles's Bianco Bolli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christian Mazzei's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Bianco Bolli skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some careless play in the Eagles defense, Eugenio Salemme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bianco Bolli. Bianco Bolli was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ciro Manzo. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christian Mazzei made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Mazzei in the 52nd minute of play forced Eagles's goalkeeper Bianco Bolli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonello Borgatello's late challenge caught a Kakamy Okatsu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
