Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Milena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Bulla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fedele De Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Leoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 51st minute, Donato Bulla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Florian Scurti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosimo Tartaglia having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Fabiano Fabri got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Dino Leoni came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the a.c. Milena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Leoni couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Campo Nov booed when a.c. Milena was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristoforo Borel didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Fabiano Fabri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Bulla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Campo Nov's Fedele De Rossi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Leoni in the 85th minute of play. Fedele De Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Leoni in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Dino Leoni left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The a.c. Milena fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Fedele De Rossi came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by a.c. Milena's Donato Bulla. But to his dismay, Donato Bulla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The a.c. Milena fans cheered their team off the field, for while Campo Nov had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
