Cosimo Catapano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felice Diana having to make a save. A collision led to Black Devil Napoli getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Edmondo Falcone hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Black Devil Napoli's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cosimo Cinalli fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.

The crowd rose to their feet as Black Devil Napoli's Dave Gaeta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sixtus Flory. That made the score 1-1 after 52 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Cosimo Cinalli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Friulkatané's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosimo Cinalli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felice Diana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 60th minute, Black Devil Napoli's Dave Gaeta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. 67 minutes into the match, Cosimo Cinalli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felice Diana. Black Devil Napoli's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cosimo Cinalli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Felice Diana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosimo Cinalli in the 72nd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Black Devil Napoli's goal looked a bit too open when Cosimo Cinalli came free, but Felice Diana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Beppe De Paolis came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Friulkatané fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beppe De Paolis couldn't finish the play. Cosimo Cinalli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sixtus Flory showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Gaeta in the 94th minute of the match. When Fabiano Cruciani came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Black Devil Napoli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabiano Cruciani couldn't finish the play. Felice Diana didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cosimo Cinalli went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Friulkatané players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
