Cristoforo Galdi charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristoforo Galdi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elia Brillante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Gaeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, one of Black Devil Napoli:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Black Devil Napoli. Felice Diana went to the wrong direction when Corrado Piacente was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Black Devil Napoli's Felice Diana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmondo Cassone in the 12th minute of play. Black Devil Napoli's Fabiano Cruciani got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 15 played minutes Black Devil Napoli got a freekick which was hit by Cristoforo Galdi. With a little luck, Black Devil Napoli's Felice Diana got control of the ball when Alvaro Di Toro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elia Brillante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Gaeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When Alvaro Di Toro came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Augusta Taurinorum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Di Toro couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alessandro Fiordelisi in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Felice Diana saved Black Devil Napoli from getting behind. In the 28th minute, Edoardo Orsi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th match minute, Black Devil Napoli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmondo Falcone to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 32 minutes, Alessandro Fiordelisi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Augusta Taurinorum's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessandro Fiordelisi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Black Devil Napoli getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Fabiano Cruciani hit a great ball. Cristoforo Galdi kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Augusta Taurinorum were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Black Devil Napoli's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Corrado Piacente took the corner. In the 42nd match minute, Black Devil Napoli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmine Mingione to maneuver through the defense. Augusta Taurinorum's Edmondo Cassone got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Felice Diana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Di Toro in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dave Gaeta to strike the kick off in the second half. Edmondo Cassone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felice Diana having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Alvaro Di Toro made a precise shot to the right of Felice Diana. Black Devil Napoli's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 58th minute Alvaro Di Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felice Diana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusta Taurinorum's Corrado Piacente couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Black Devil Napoli. Corrado Piacente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felice Diana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmondo Cassone in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute Corrado Piacente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felice Diana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Alessandro Fiordelisi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Felice Diana was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 71st minute Dave Gaeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elia Brillante saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Black Devil Napoli booed when Augusta Taurinorum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corrado Piacente didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 played minutes Black Devil Napoli got a freekick which was hit by Felice Di Nunzio. Corrado Piacente struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Felice Diana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Augusta Taurinorum. When Alessandro Fiordelisi came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Augusta Taurinorum fans jumped to their feet. Aldo Grifoni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felice Diana having to interfere. Alessandro Fiordelisi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Alvaro Di Toro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felice Diana. Black Devil Napoli's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Di Toro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Felice Diana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Di Toro in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Augusta Taurinorum were the better team. Augusta Taurinorum's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
