Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabio Giannotti started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Fabio Giannotti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Campogalliano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Augusta Taurinorum the free kick. In the 3rd match minute, Campogalliano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Giannotti to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th match minute, Augusta Taurinorum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Muzzatti to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 10 minutes, Fabio Giannotti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campogalliano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabio Giannotti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 13th minute, Corrado Piacente got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Armando Santacroce's late challenge caught a Augusta Taurinorum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armando Santacroce helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Campogalliano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Santacroce to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the game, Corrado Piacente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Anselmo Orsini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmondo Cassone in the 24th minute of play forced Campogalliano's goalkeeper Anselmo Orsini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Campogalliano defense, Fulvio Bondi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anselmo Orsini. The Campogalliano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anselmo Orsini should have stopped the shot. Anselmo Orsini came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Augusta Taurinorum's Ettore Cerrone. But to his dismay, Ettore Cerrone quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 38th minute, Edmondo Cassone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edmondo Cassone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Orsini having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmondo Cassone in the 43rd minute of play forced Campogalliano's goalkeeper Anselmo Orsini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvaro Di Toro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Anselmo Orsini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Campogalliano's goal looked a bit too open when Corrado Piacente came free, but Anselmo Orsini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmondo Cassone was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Fabio Giannotti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elia Brillante was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Elia Brillante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Giannotti in the 63rd minute of play. Anselmo Orsini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Cerrone in the 65th minute of the match. A collision led to Campogalliano getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Alfonso Pantani hit a great ball. Anselmo Orsini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmondo Cassone in the 71st minute of play. Elia Brillante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Pantani in the 73rd minute of the match. Armin Gianfrancesco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elia Brillante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corrado Piermattei, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 80 minutes of play, Augusta Taurinorum's Corrado Piacente made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anselmo Orsini was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elia Brillante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Pantani in the 86th minute of play. Edmondo Cassone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Alvaro Di Toro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Augusta Taurinorum's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Di Toro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Orsini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Campogalliano fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Augusta Taurinorum were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
