In the 7th match minute, Roccalvecce AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Quercia to maneuver through the defense. After 13 played minutes, Eporediao Athleticao's Eraldo Molinari shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fedele Di Lullo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Eporediao Athleticao reached it. Francesco Muzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Colagrossi in the 15th minute of play. Francesco Muzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ettore Juliano in the 42nd minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Ettore Juliano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roccalvecce AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ettore Juliano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 45 played minutes Eporediao Athleticao got a freekick which was hit by Eraldo Molinari. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carter Ciccone to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristiano Guidoni kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Aurelio Santucci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fedele Di Lullo was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. If Carter Ciccone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Eporediao Athleticao's Christian Coscarella got a free kick in the 85th minute. If Aurelio Santucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Carter Ciccone came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Eporediao Athleticao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carter Ciccone couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Eporediao Athleticao had won after a very even match.
