The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lolleleto getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Eraldo Damiani hit a great ball. Eraldo Molinari was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 4th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 5 minutes into the game, Eporediao Athleticao's Aurelio Santucci nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damiano Campese made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Aurelio Santucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damiano Campese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrea Bardella, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 12 minutes, Emanuele Cirelli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eporediao Athleticao and the Lolleleto players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th minute, Emanuele Cirelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Eporediao Athleticao's goalkeeper Francesco Muzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anthony Faiella. The crowd rose to their feet as Eraldo Damiani kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Francesco Muzi. That made the score 1-1 in the 15 minute of play. With a little luck, Eporediao Athleticao's Francesco Muzi got control of the ball when Davide Alba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anthony Faiella in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francesco Muzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Eporediao Athleticao booed when Lolleleto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amos Sampo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Lolleleto getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Enrico Giocondo hit a great ball. In the 31st minute of the match Amos Sampo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damiano Campese showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 32 minutes of play Lolleleto's Eraldo Damiani was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 33 played minutes Lolleleto got a freekick which was hit by Eraldo Damiani. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Eporediao Athleticao's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anthony Faiella was slow to take the kick. During this time Lolleleto's players had a chance to rest. Lolleleto's Anthony Faiella got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardo Trombetta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Christian Coscarella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 49th minute Anthony Faiella managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carter Ciccone stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Andrea Bardella came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Damiano Campese could save by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Eporediao Athleticao's zone, Filippo Saraceni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francesco Muzi came out of the goal and Filippo Saraceni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Anthony Faiella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lolleleto's supporters rose to their feet, but Anthony Faiella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francesco Muzi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernardo Trombetta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francesco Muzi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Enrico Giocondo struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Francesco Muzi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lolleleto. Anthony Faiella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Filippo Saraceni took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francesco Muzi. Francesco Muzi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Bernardo Trombetta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Anthony Faiella had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Francesco Muzi. Eporediao Athleticao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anthony Faiella was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Enrico Giocondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Francesco Muzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Eporediao Athleticao's zone, Filippo Saraceni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Francesco Muzi came out of the goal and Filippo Saraceni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Francesco Muzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide Alba in the 85th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Lolleleto got a freekick which was hit by Filippo Saraceni. Damiano Campese made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelio Santucci in the 92nd minute. Anthony Faiella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enrico Giocondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Francesco Muzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Lolleleto players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
