After having played for 47 minutes, Ferruccio Pallotta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spartak Zocca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferruccio Pallotta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ferruccio Pallotta to make the kick off. Alex Miccoli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ercole Preda's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Ferruccio Pallotta put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Alex Miccoli. In the 93rd minute, Federico Borel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ferruccio Pallotta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Alex Miccoli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alex Miccoli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ercole Preda's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Spartak Zocca walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
