Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ettore Ingegno made the kick off and thus started the match. After 3 minutes, Eraldo Bozzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolhamburg and the Garbatella AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bolhamburg getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Comunardo Cremonese, 12 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. When Cristiano Bellucci came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Garbatella AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Bellucci couldn't finish the play. Garbatella AFC's Fabrizio Colelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Achille Brandini in the 22nd minute of play. Angelo Bulla kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Ermanno Grasso came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Garbatella AFC's Alex Feliziani. But to his dismay, Alex Feliziani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ettore Ingegno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Fabrizio Colelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ettore Ingegno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bolhamburg's Achille Brandini got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alex Feliziani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Diego Macchia charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Macchia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anthony Pomponio during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cristiano Bellucci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermanno Grasso having to make a save. After some careless play in the Bolhamburg defense, Alex Feliziani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermanno Grasso. The Bolhamburg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermanno Grasso should have stopped the shot. Cristiano Bellucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ermanno Grasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Feliziani in the 74th minute of the match. After having played for 75 minutes, Anthony Pomponio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Garbatella AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anthony Pomponio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damiano Piscopo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Bolhamburg getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Damiano Piscopo hit a great ball. Ermanno Grasso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Feliziani, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Anthony Pomponio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermanno Grasso having to make a save. Cristiano Bellucci struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Ermanno Grasso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garbatella AFC. Fabrizio Colelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Ingegno in the 90th minute of the match. Achille Brandini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabrizio Colelli having to make a save.
