Claudio Gaudino took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bernardo Censi. RODDAN AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Amos Papetti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Censi. RODDAN AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amos Papetti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enrico Bianchini during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bernardo Censi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filippo Masi in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenico Borrelli in the 23rd minute of play forced Salk fc's goalkeeper Alex Miccoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Salk fc defense, Domenico Borrelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alex Miccoli. The Salk fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alex Miccoli should have stopped the shot. Alex Miccoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Borrelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Alex Miccoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domenico Borrelli in the 34th minute of the match. Domenico Borrelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Alex Miccoli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salk fc's Alex Miccoli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Salk fc from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute, Alessio Signori ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alex Miccoli was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 47 minutes into the match, RODDAN AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amos Papetti came free, but Bernardo Censi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filippo Masi made a kick off. Carlo Negrini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Alex Miccoli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ferruccio Del Monaco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesare Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Miccoli having to interfere. Alex Miccoli came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by RODDAN AFC's Domenico Borrelli. But to his dismay, Domenico Borrelli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Domenico Borrelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Miccoli having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, RODDAN AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Filippo Masi came free, but Bernardo Censi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domenico Borrelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alex Miccoli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Domenico Borrelli ran back to his position shaking his head. After 73 played minutes Salk fc got a freekick which was hit by Amos Papetti. In the 74th match minute, Salk fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Gaudino to maneuver through the defense. Cesare Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Domenico Borrelli in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alex Miccoli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvise Pili in the 79th minute of play forced Salk fc's goalkeeper Alex Miccoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Salk fc's Camillo Allemandi got a free kick in the 80th minute. Domenico Borrelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alex Miccoli having to make a save. Cesare Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Miccoli having to interfere. In the 89th minute Domenico Borrelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Miccoli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessio Signori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of RODDAN AFC booed when Salk fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Buonanno didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alfonso Santini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, RODDAN AFC's Bernardo Censi got control of the ball when Amos Papetti tried to sneak it across the goal line.
