AMR TEAM were furious when Chico Duarte was red carded, 12 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 19th minute, Sun Skywalker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 21st minute, Fabio Lucentini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AMR TEAM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Fabio Lucentini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Borgo Montello FC defense, Ryo Ishizaki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Grimaldi. The Borgo Montello FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Grimaldi should have stopped the shot. Fabio Lucentini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabio Grimaldi having to make a save. Borgo Montello FC's Fulvio Pardini got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 38 minutes of play, AMR TEAM's Fabio Lucentini made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Grimaldi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bianco Farina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute, Daniele Borromeo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Grimaldi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabio Lucentini's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Fabio Lucentini made the kick off in the second half. Johnny King could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Fabio Grimaldi made a huge save. Fabio Lucentini got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 0-5 in the right cross in the 54th match minute before Fabio Grimaldi had time to react. AMR TEAM's Fabio Lucentini got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute, AMR TEAM's Fabio Lucentini dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Fabio Lucentini might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabio Grimaldi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabio Lucentini ran back to his position shaking his head. Fabio Lucentini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Grimaldi having to interfere. Franco Montagna blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabio Grimaldi having to make a save. If Franco Montagna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, AMR TEAM's Fabio Grimaldi threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Fabio Lucentini, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Franco Montagna came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the AMR TEAM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franco Montagna couldn't finish the play. Fabio Grimaldi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabio Lucentini went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. In the 81st minute Fabio Lucentini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Grimaldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Franco Montagna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Grimaldi having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, Borgo Montello FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Concetto Borel to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to AMR TEAM getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Fabio Lucentini hit a great ball. AMR TEAM played a much better game than Borgo Montello FC and deserved their victory. The Borgo Montello FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
