Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dino Lauro started the match with the kick off. A.c. Picchia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Dino Lauro 4 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. After 8 played minutes Bosco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dave De Meis. In the 15th minute, Dino Lauro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of A.c. Picchia booed when Bosco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave De Meis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dave De Meis fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bosco AFC's protests and gave Dave De Meis a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bosco AFC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Dave De Meis hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Ciccio Loody's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fortunato Santilli was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Lauro in the 29th minute of play forced A.c. Picchia's goalkeeper Fulvio Porreca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Franco Olivieri in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by A.c. Picchia's Ciccio Loody. 37 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Bosco AFC's Dino Lauro fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When A.c. Picchia's Ciccio Loody in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bosco AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 43rd minute Ciccio Loody shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Santilli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 51st match minute, Bosco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Orsini to maneuver through the defense. After taking down the ball on A.c. Picchia's corner Francesco Scalabrino fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fortunato Santilli quite easily take care of the ball. After 67 played minutes Bosco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dave De Meis. Fulvio Porreca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Fortunato Santilli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciccio Loody in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Ciccio Loody got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ciccio Loody had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A.c. Picchia's Fulvio Porreca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Lauro in the 94th minute of play. Fulvio Porreca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Bosco AFC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
