Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Buffalora's Ermanno Colucci started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ferruccio Ranalli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Augusto Pizziolo made a huge save. Achille Piretti hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 11 minutes into the match, Ferruccio Ranalli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Pizziolo. Buffalora's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferruccio Ranalli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davide Cancemi in the 17th minute of play forced Buffalora's goalkeeper Augusto Pizziolo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlo Di Gennaro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ermanno Colucci's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Carlo Di Gennaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermanno Colucci in the 23rd minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Ermanno Colucci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buffalora's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosário V the free kick. In the 33rd match minute, Buffalora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermanno Colucci to maneuver through the defense. Ercole Del Nero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Ferruccio Ranalli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosário V's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferruccio Ranalli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Pizziolo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute, Davide Cancemi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rosário V fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 45 minutes into the game, Achille Piretti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Augusto Pizziolo. Achille Piretti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Achille Piretti to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Davide Cancemi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augusto Pizziolo was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. 55 minutes into the game, Rosário V's Davide Cancemi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augusto Pizziolo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. If Achille Piretti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Augusto Pizziolo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferruccio Ranalli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Achille Attili's late challenge caught a Rosário V's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Achille Attili helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Buffalora got a freekick which was hit by Achille Attili. Achille Piretti took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Augusto Pizziolo. Buffalora's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Achille Attili was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 68 minutes had been played. After 68 played minutes Buffalora got a freekick which was hit by Achille Attili. In the 69th minute of the match Achille Piretti shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augusto Pizziolo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ettore Di Silvio hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 77 played minutes Rosário V got a freekick which was hit by Corrado Miranda. In the 79th match minute, Rosário V was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferruccio Ranalli to maneuver through the defense. Augusto Pizziolo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Piretti, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Achille Piretti succeeded in the game's 83rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 8-1. Carlo Di Gennaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arrigo Costantini in the 86th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Arrigo Costantini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rosário V had won after a very even match.
