Buffalora's Augusto Pizziolo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Zoccolo in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Zabal Villanueva made a precise shot to the right of Augusto Pizziolo. Buffalora's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Dino Gazza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villadeatese FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dino Gazza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Pizziolo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. But to his dismay, Zabal Villanueva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Ernesto Scevola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Augusto Pizziolo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Buffalora defense, Zabal Villanueva kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Augusto Pizziolo. The Buffalora fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Augusto Pizziolo should have stopped the shot. The Villadeatese FC fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when Villadeatese FC's Ernesto Scevola looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Villadeatese FC's Dino Gazza in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 74th minute of the match, Arrigo Clementi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Augusto Pizziolo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ernesto Scevola scored 1-13 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augusto Pizziolo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Villadeatese FC booed when Buffalora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessio Barberio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Villadeatese FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
