Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fausto Improta made the kick off and thus started the match. Fortunato Santilli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Scrima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Amedeo Cicchetti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Santilli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fortunato Santilli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amedeo Cicchetti in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute Fausto Improta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Santilli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amedeo Cicchetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Fortunato Santilli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 minutes, Amerigo Ronconi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bosco AFC and the FC Spadolini players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Bosco AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amerigo Ronconi to maneuver through the defense. Dino Lauro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to FC Spadolini getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Eugenio Di Gennaro hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dino Lauro was the one to do the kick off. Adriano Scrima who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Fortunato Santilli when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 61 minutes into the match, Bosco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Improta came free, but Fortunato Santilli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC Spadolini booed when Bosco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amerigo Ronconi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eugenio Di Gennaro hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Fortunato Santilli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Improta, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Di Gennaro in the 83rd minute of play forced Bosco AFC's goalkeeper Fortunato Santilli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fausto Improta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bosco AFC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Dave De Meis hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amedeo Cicchetti got free with Fortunato Santilli in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fortunato Santilli made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Amedeo Cicchetti sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Spadolini's Adriano Scrima slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fortunato Santilli. That made the score 0-4 after 95 minutes of play. When the match was over FC Spadolini could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bosco AFC throughout the match.
