In the 9th minute, one of A.c. Picchia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for A.c. Picchia. In the 10th minute there was a penalty for Nacional di Veyron OAF. Enzo Furino stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fulvio Porreca. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Ciccio Loody managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.c. Picchia's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciccio Loody was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carter Piacente breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the game, Claudio Ceccarelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.c. Picchia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nacional di Veyron OAF the free kick. A collision led to A.c. Picchia getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Claudio Ceccarelli hit a great ball. When Nacional di Veyron OAF's Emilio Bonfigli in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye A.c. Picchia's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alessio Eboli during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Alessio Eboli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1-1 became the score in the 20th minute when Ciccio Loody elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Fulvio Porreca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Bonfigli in the 27th minute of play. Ciccio Loody received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Carter Piacente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Ciccio Loody left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.c. Picchia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciccio Loody in the 40th minute of play forced Nacional di Veyron OAF's goalkeeper Carter Piacente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Enrico Filice had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in Nacional di Veyron OAF's zone, Ciccio Loody stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carter Piacente came out of the goal and Ciccio Loody tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anselmo Gentile got free with Fulvio Porreca in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dario Bulla kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Ciccio Loody's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carter Piacente read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Fulvio Porreca made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Ciccio Consalvi sent off a good shot on target. Dario Bulla struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Fulvio Porreca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nacional di Veyron OAF. Fulvio Porreca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Bonfigli, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Carter Piacente came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by A.c. Picchia's Ciccio Loody. But to his dismay, Ciccio Loody quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 89th minute, Ciccio Loody ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carter Piacente was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. 94 minutes into the match, Ciccio Loody had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carter Piacente. Nacional di Veyron OAF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciccio Loody was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. In the 98th match minute, A.c. Picchia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciccio Loody to maneuver through the defense. A.c. Picchia's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
