Ciccio Del Grosso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernesto Rondinelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camillo Fantini. After a defensive mix-up in San Barnaba's zone, Filippo Barresi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Frank Massimini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Di Camillo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Angelo Pantalone kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on San Barnaba's corner Edmondo Mazzini fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Camillo Fantini quite easily take care of the ball.
