Dennis Di Crescenzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Rava in the 29th minute of the match. If Amerigo Marzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dennis Di Crescenzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amerigo Marzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ac Sparta's Dennis Di Crescenzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amerigo Marzo in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ac Sparta's Amerigo Mazzini got a free kick in the 55th minute. After having played for 56 minutes, Amerigo Marzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sucangann's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amerigo Marzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 0-3 became the score in the 58th minute when Amerigo Marzo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Amerigo Marzo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. Sucangann's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 65th match minute, Ac Sparta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Palma to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Ac Sparta's Amerigo Mazzini got a free kick in the 69th minute. When Biagio Piretti fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ac Sparta's protests and gave Biagio Piretti a yellow card for diving instead. Biagio Piretti kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Aldo Rava in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Sucangann's Carlo Bardella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amerigo Mazzola in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Sucangann left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ac Sparta.
