Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Davide Balboni got the match started through his kick off. Cristoforo Galdi hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Davide Balboni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriano Speranza having to interfere. Ciccio Palumbo took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dennis Di Crescenzo. Dennis Di Crescenzo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 12th minute Arturo Pedroni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Di Crescenzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Milazzo's Arturo Marra pulled a muscle in his leg after 18 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Amerigo Mazzini's late challenge caught a Milazzo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amerigo Mazzini helped the player get up and apologised. Milazzo's Anselmo Bolognini was substituted for Arturo Marra. Amerigo Mazzini hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Dennis Di Crescenzo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fedele Di Maio's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 22nd minute, Federico Volta made a precise shot to the right of Dennis Di Crescenzo. Ac Sparta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Ciccio Palumbo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Di Crescenzo having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fedele Di Maio in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Di Crescenzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute Arturo Pedroni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dennis Di Crescenzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes, Camillo Cameli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ac Sparta and the Milazzo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Camillo Cameli kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Dennis Di Crescenzo came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Milazzo's Ciccio Ciaccia. But to his dismay, Ciccio Ciaccia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In a very dangerous position, a player in Milazzo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! After some careless play in the Milazzo defense, Amerigo Mazzola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adriano Speranza. The Milazzo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adriano Speranza should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fedele Di Maio to strike the kick off in the second half. Dennis Di Crescenzo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fedele Di Maio in the 53rd minute. Dennis Di Crescenzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Pedroni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Amerigo Mazzini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fedele Di Maio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 59thth minute, Dennis Di Crescenzo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that Fedele Di Maio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dennis Di Crescenzo was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. With a little luck, Ac Sparta's Dennis Di Crescenzo got control of the ball when Ciccio Ciaccia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Anselmo Bolognini kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amerigo Mazzola during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ac Sparta's Amerigo Mazzola got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Fedele Di Maio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dennis Di Crescenzo, passed just outside the right post. Dennis Di Crescenzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Volta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Milazzo's goal looked a bit too open when Davide Balboni came free, but Adriano Speranza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arturo Pedroni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fedele Di Maio had several of the Ac Sparta's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 90 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-5 score and a disappointed Dennis Di Crescenzo as he didn't even see the shot coming. Fedele Di Maios short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Dennis Di Crescenzo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Fedele Di Maio came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Milazzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fedele Di Maio couldn't finish the play. Milazzo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
