The supporters of Venezia booed when Basta lmmaginarlo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beppe Gismondi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Basta lmmaginarlo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Venezia's performance. The match ended with a win for Venezia.
