A collision led to Pegaso FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Dave Pantani hit a great ball. Ferdinando Lopez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Zacchia in the 12th minute of the match. After 16 minutes of play, Pegaso FC's Anfilogino Meo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugenio Lorefice was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to ERTANZO getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Christian Zacchia hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Armin Borel notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ERTANZO's Eugenio Lorefice. Eugenio Lorefice was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ferdinando Lopez was a little too slow when Christian Zacchia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-2. Enrico Fabri struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Ferdinando Lopez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ERTANZO. In the 32nd minute Christian Zacchia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferdinando Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Di Dio's late challenge caught a Pegaso FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emiliano Di Dio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd minute, Emiliano Di Dio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 37 minutes into the game, Armin Borel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Eugenio Lorefice was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Christian Zacchia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Ferdinando Lopez made a huge save. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Armin Borel to make the kick off. Dave Pantani was shown his second yellow card after 51 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After having played for 54 minutes, Armin Borel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pegaso FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armin Borel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pegaso FC's Ferdinando Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Zacchia in the 56th minute of play. If Armin Borel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ferdinando Lopez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Zacchia's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Armin Borel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Lorefice having to interfere. When Fabrizio Menna came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Pegaso FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabrizio Menna couldn't finish the play. Ferdinando Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Zacchia, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The ERTANZO supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pegaso FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Pegaso FC.
