The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 17 played minutes AGF got a freekick which was hit by Alberigo Chitarroni. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Fabri in the 21st minute of play forced AGF's goalkeeper Ciccio Garibaldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrico Fabri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciccio Garibaldi having to interfere. If Christian Zacchia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, AGF's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Fabri came free, but Ciccio Garibaldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciccio Garibaldi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Sciarra in the 39th minute of play. Ciccio Garibaldi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Zacchia in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute Christian Zacchia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciccio Garibaldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christian Zacchia to strike the kick off in the second half. Christian Zacchia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Ciccio Garibaldi made a huge save. AGF's Ciccio Garibaldi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrico Fabri in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, AGF's goalkeeper Ciccio Garibaldi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Zacchia. Christian Zacchia hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, ERTANZO's Christian Zacchia got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute, Elia Vitale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Enrico Fabri's late challenge caught a AGF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enrico Fabri helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes ERTANZO got a freekick which was hit by Enrico Fabri. Emiliano Di Dio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciccio Garibaldi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to ERTANZO getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Enrico Fabri hit a great ball. AGF were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing ERTANZO to leave the ground with a draw.
