Ferdinando Lopez came out of the goal and Eugenio Celipe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Fabrizio Menna fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pegaso FC's protests and gave Fabrizio Menna a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Celipe in the 6th minute of play forced Pegaso FC's goalkeeper Ferdinando Lopez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arturo Caroli kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Pegaso FC's Ferdinando Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Moretta in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Bianco Vitelli notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Pegaso FC's Ferdinando Lopez. Ferdinando Lopez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The wind increased when Bianco Vitelli made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Gameragna AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Menna came free, but Dino Antonacci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 98th match minute, Pegaso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dave Pantani to maneuver through the defense. Enzo Moretta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinando Lopez having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gameragna AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
