Spectators: 6794 (Terracing: 5022, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 6) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dario Bracco took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ciccio Garibaldi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberigo Piccirilli, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. When Dario Bracco came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the AGF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dario Bracco couldn't finish the play. 13 minutes into the match, Casavatore AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Bracco came free, but Attilio Orecchioni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 minutes, Dino De Matteis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Casavatore AFC and the AGF players grew even worse after the yellow card. 21 minutes into the game, Dave Piccirilli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AGF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Casavatore AFC the free kick. Dave Piccirilli kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Casavatore AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dino De Matteis. If Dave Piccirilli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 32 played minutes Casavatore AFC got a freekick which was hit by Cristoforo Scafati. Davide Raffa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciccio Garibaldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberigo Piccirilli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Bracco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Casavatore AFC's zone, Dario Bracco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Attilio Orecchioni came out of the goal and Dario Bracco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Dario Bracco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Attilio Orecchioni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Ciccio Garibaldi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberigo Piccirilli in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to AGF getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Angelo Betti hit a great ball. Angelo Betti kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Davide Raffa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. During the 71st minute of the match Cristoforo Scafati completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cristoforo Scafati a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 77 minutes into the match, AGF's Dario Bracco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Attilio Orecchioni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dario Bracco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dave Piccirilli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Attilio Orecchioni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casavatore AFC's Attilio Orecchioni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Di Monte in the 83rd minute of play. If Dario Bracco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casavatore AFC's Attilio Orecchioni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Casavatore AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 87th minute Dario Bracco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Attilio Orecchioni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francesco Di Monte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Attilio Orecchioni having to interfere. Dave Piccirilli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Attilio Orecchioni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
