Blacktigers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Milan the free kick. After 26 played minutes Blacktigers got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Ferraris. A collision led to Blacktigers getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Arturo Sardella hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Camillo Mantini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in AC Milan's zone, Camillo Mantini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabrizio Nobile came out of the goal and Camillo Mantini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alberto Toto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Attilio Firmani charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Attilio Firmani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
